Changes 48 hours or more ahead
Reschedule or cancel at no charge when you do it at least 48 hours before the start of your arrival window (Miami time).
When HK has to change a visit
If we need to change or cancel a visit for reasons on our side, there is never a fee and you choose between a new time or a full refund.
