The HK Standard is how a visit is planned, carried out and closed. The same checklist you see on our site is the one your team completes and the one you receive afterward.

Every visit, in order

    Before we arrive

    Your team reviews your residence profile: access, pets, delicate surfaces, rooms to skip and priorities.

  2. 02

    During the clean

    Tasks follow the scope you booked. If something included can't be done, it's marked with the reason, never skipped silently.

  3. 03

    The final ten minutes

    The team lead walks the residence and completes the Signature Finish: bed, towels, fixtures, mirrors, counters and floors.

    After you're home

    Something included not right? Tell us from My HK Residence and we review it with you.

The last ten minutes of every visit.

Before we leave, your team lead walks the residence and finishes these details. They're part of every service.

HK Satisfaction Promise

If an area included in your service doesn't meet the HK Standard, report it from My HK Residence within 24 hours of the visit. We review it and arrange the solution, usually a return visit to that area. The promise covers tasks within the scope you booked; it doesn't cover pre-existing damage, items outside the scope, or areas we couldn't access.

Photos and privacy

Routine photos are optional and you can decline them without affecting your service. Any photo is stored privately and never used for marketing without separate permission.
