How plans work

Choose weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Your first visit is at the one-time rate; savings apply to the service portion of each following visit. Every 4 weeks means 13 visits a year.

Charges

Each visit is charged 48 hours before it happens. We never charge future visits in advance. If a charge fails, we let you know and the visit is not confirmed until the payment method is updated.

Skip, pause or cancel

Manage everything from My HK Residence. Cancelling the plan stops new visits and charges; visits already confirmed are shown to you with what applies before you confirm.
