Contact details, your residence address and preferences, and the information needed to deliver your service. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by HK.
Access codes and photos
Door and lockbox codes are encrypted and visible only to the team assigned to your visit, during the visit window. Photos are private by default.
Marketing
Marketing messages are optional and separate from service messages. You can book without accepting them and opt out at any time.
