Who we are
HK Global Cleaning [legal entity name and address pending] provides residential cleaning services in Brickell and Downtown Miami.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed only when we have received your payment and reserved a team for your time. The scope of the visit is the service and add-ons shown in your confirmation. Changes in scope during a visit require your approval before any additional charge.
Payment
Standard services are paid in full when you book. Residence Care visits are charged individually, 48 hours before each visit, to the card you authorized. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Access and building rules
You are responsible for providing access at the start of your arrival window. If your building requires approval of our certificate of insurance, the visit is confirmed only after approval.
